个人简介
方刚，山东大学副教授，泰山学者青年专家，山东省优秀青年基金（海外）获得者。2014年博士毕业于中国石油大学（华东），期间获国家留学基金资助，公派美国德克萨斯大学奥斯汀分校联合培养。后入职中国地质调查局青岛海洋地质研究所，任助理研究员，副研究员，主要从事海洋地球物理勘探方法研究。2018年入职新加坡国立大学，先后任博士后研究员、高级研究员，致力于围绕可持续发展研究地震探测新方法和应用技术。负责完成新加坡政府立项科研项目共3项，经费累计160万新加坡币(人民币约800万元)。主持完成中国国家自然科学基金青年基金等纵向研究基金3项，中国地质调查局地质调查项目3项。在Tunneling and Underground Space Technology，Geophysical Research Letters，Geophysics等发表论文28篇，其中第一作者、通讯作者论文15篇。兼任SCI期刊Lithosphere副主编，《石油物探》首届青年编委，中国地球物理学会隧道与地下工程专委会委员及副秘书长。

围绕地下工程防灾减灾，开展地震探测理论方法与应用技术研究
（1）复杂介质地震波传播机理，正、反演与成像方法
（2）隧道和地下工程不良地质超前探测
（3）近地表主被动源地震探测
